National Trust: Seaton Delaval Hall
Working closely with National Trust and local partners Lesley Wood was the Development Lead for the Rising Stars strand of this successful 3.7 million National Lottery bid. Lesley worked with the partners to develop a three year programme of work that links community groups, artists, students and volunteers through creative, conservation and skills based work.
EVALUATION
Juice Festival
Working collaboratively over two years with Team Juice, a group of young people under the age of 25 who develop, programme and deliver the festival, we created a set of bespoke metrics that linked to the Quality Principles shared by Arts Council England. The metrics described change as seen by Team Juice and the volunteers who supported the project.
